[Clas12_first_exp] Analysis Train v0

Hello Everyone,

Most of the zeroth round of the analysis train has been skimmed and merged into one file per run! The remaining jobs for merging skim #9 (ppbar) are still finishing up on the farm and should be complete within an hour.

The skimmed and merged files are located here: /work/clas12/clas12/data/trains/v0/

The runs that have been skimmed and merged are the inbending runs 4013-4078 and the rest of the documentation is located in a README.txt file in the directory. This README.txt file contains the directory structure and naming conventions as well as a YAML file used to run the train.
