[Clas12_first_exp] Analysis Train Update: **Directory restructuring** and new skimmed files

Hello Everyone,

I just want to let you know I have run the analysis train over the DSTs cooked with 5bp6p1. These contain runs 4013-4078 and the luminosity sweep runs 4301-4308. There were some missing files in the v0 train and there is a new CND skim added for this round.

I am also reorganizing the directory in order to not mix runs that are cooked with different versions of reconstruction. I am leaving the old directories for today. The skim directories that are in /work/clas12/clas12/data/trains/v1/ and /work/clas12/clas12/data/trains/v1/5bp6p2/ are identical. The skim directories in /work/clas12/clas12/data/trains/v1/ will be removed tomorrow in order to give time to anyone who may be copying them or running over them to move to the new directory. 

Please let me know if you have any questions! There is an example of how things look now and how they will look tomorrow at the bottom of this email.
