[Clas12_first_exp] DAQ usage

Hi All, 

We are preparing for the beam delivery and testing some critical new components in the CLAS12 DAQ 
and trigger system. Please 

1. Coordinate the DAQ usage with RC. 
2. Launch DAQ ONLY from the daq vncviewr window 

Right now RICH group will start to test new firmware.
