[Clas12_first_exp] NO RC meeting today

Dear all,

We will not have RC meeting today. We had very little beam this weekend. 
The machine has been down since owl shift today. Now We are waiting for 
beam, we will need to tune the beam to the tagger first, then to FC and 
resume our program.

We are keeping everyone updated through the Hall B log book.
