[Clas12_first_exp] Restricted Access today

Hi All,

The Hall will go in restricted access today for various works. Both magnets are being ramped down.

As a reminder, if you need to work in the hall please coordinate with Nick Markov (RC), Denny Insley and Bob Miller.

Please let Nick know if you need to take some special runs today.
