[Clas12_first_exp] No RC meeting today

Dear All,
we have quite an eventful Friday:
	- Rapid access made to replace adcecal6 slot 18 FADC. Rafo and Ben went in and replaced it. The VME address switched were updated and the firmware is already up-to-date. Cole has updated pedestals. We are taking data with the new card.
	- Rafo measured attentuation factor of beam blocker (run 6761) during the swing sift;
	- we have lost communication with the hvftof5 crate, which provides HV for the FTOF S5 and PCAL S5. We can not monitor HV for the corresponding channels directly. Instead we will monitor corresponding scalers and clas12mon histograms and will continue running in the present configuration unless there is a major downtime or we notice scalers/monitoring histograms problems.
The plan right now is to continue running in the present configuration (no special runs) until Monday morning.
