[Clas12_first_exp] CLAS12 first experiment meeting tomorrow at 8:30 in F224/25

Dear all,

Excellent progress has been made on the data processing and skimming for 
physics for the selected in-bending runs now we are ready for the 
calibration/data processing for the corresponding out-bending 10.6 GeV.

We will have our General meeting tomorrow at 8:30 in F224/25 with the 
following agenda

  * Review the status of the data processing/skimming for physics
  * Data monitoring and run classification
  * Next phase  of calibrations
  * update/plan on improvement in DC calibration/alignment
  * Required simulations for DNP presentations
  * DNP timeline preparation
  * Others

The general meeting will be followed by a dedicated meeting with the 
RGA/RGK  calibration team to discuss the next steps of calibration/data 
processing and the required data monitoring/documentation.
