[Clas12_first_exp] CLAS12 First Experiment meeting tomorrow at 8:30 In F224/25

Hi Latifa and others,

I have uploaded the *constants*
<https://clasweb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/ccdb/show_request?request=/calibration/dc/time_to_distance/time2dist:1894:default:2019-07-23_13-14-52>
from DC calibration to the CCDB and they produce good resolution as low as
280 microns. The table has "default" variation and ready to use.
