[Clas12_first_exp] CLAS12 First Experiment Meeting Monday March 4, 2019

Dear all,

We will have our CLAS12 First Experiment Meeting Monday March 4, 2019 
from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

I will present a review of the current status from all aspects then we 
will have discussion on the following topics:

      * Readiness for pass1: what still needs to be done and timeline?
      * Coordination of high level analysis: how should we proceed?
      * Preparation for DNP  October 2019: what should be our aim?
      * Path to the first publication(s): what should our immediate
        focus be?
      * ...

We will also discuss the preparation of the spring 2019 run

By the end of the meeting we should have a clear vision and milestones 
for the coming 6 months.

Please let send me any specific topic that you would like to discuss, 
that I can include it in the detailed agenda.
