[Clas12_first_exp] Outbenidng trains

Dear all,
we have a first outbending trains from the RGA Fall 2018 available here:
/work/clas12/rg-a/trains/pass1/v1_4/
This dataset also contains new custom wagons, so it can be of interest for many people.
We have run some very preliminary quality checks and get an encouraging results.
Please take a look at the data and let us know about any problems/issues/suggestions you have.
