[Clas12_first_exp] Trains and wagons for the pass1 of RGA Spring19 data

Nick,

I have checked that the skim21 train (e’K+) works as expected. You should use this
train for the RG-A spring 2019 cooking and drop skim14 (the initial e’K+ train without
a W cut). Let me know if you have any questions.
