[Clas12_first_exp] APS abstract from Ken

I am sorry, but I seem to miss some part in that abstract.
What framework enables us to *extrapolate* the resonance contribution at 
Q^2 up to*4.5GeV^2 *to a Q^2 up to *1**0GeV^2 *and *with small 
systematic uncertainties?
