Dear all,

We had a focused meeting yesterday afternoon, we completed the analysis 
of pass0. In the evening we submitted additional data processing to 
complete pass0 for RICH (after software reconstruction fixes)  and HTCC  
(after tuning the timing calibration) as well as the processing of an 
additional run at the end of the run period to check the full stability 
of the calibrations. We went through the committee final report 
recommendations and how to address them and we preparing for the follow 
up review.

In addition major improvement to the timeline analysis has been 
completed by Andrey this morning, this will facilitate the calibration 
analysis results.
