[Clas12_first_exp] CLAS12 First Experiment - Status and next steps

Dear all,

We have started pass1 for the Fall 2018 inbending data dividing the 
workflow into two phases: Phase 1 covers run range, 5032 - 5262.  You 
can find the status of the data processing under the link below, then 
choose pass1V0. You can see the status of the cooking.

We had couple meeting with the RGA calibration/analysis teams defining 
our plans both the data processing/monitoring as well as our pathforward 
for completing the calibrations of the outbending data.

Starting tomorrow we will have daily meeting from Monday to Saturday at 
12:00 PM.

I will send more details this evening on our forward planning and 
organization.
