Dear all
During today's meeting one question concerned the fall off of the electron
momentum sampling fraction at high momentum
In order to check whether it can be explained by leakage on the sides and /
or tip of the calorimeter, I checked the RGA run 5555 sampling fraction by
varying the PCAL fiducial cuts
I posted the results here
https://clas12-docdb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/DocDB/private/ShowDocument?docid=965
I believe the high momentum fall-off of the electron sampling fraction
cannot be explained by leakage on the sides
There are variations over the calorimeter face, but the high momentum fall
off remains even with very tight fiducial cuts
Best regards
FX
