[Clas12_first_exp] No General CLAS12 First Experiment this week

Dear All,

Both Nick and Joseph scheduled to give talk at this Wednesday meeting requested more time, so the CLAS12 First Experiment general meeting is cancelled. Instead I will have a meeting with the calibration team to review the status of the RGA-Spring2018 and define next steps.
