I can confirm that at least 100 DVCS events out of 7500 events in run 5247 are missing in skim 16.
This is not negligible.

For example, the event 101292703 of /cache/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus-1/pass1/v0/dst/recon/005247/rec_clas_005247.evio.01185-01189.hipo passed the DVCS cuts in https://github.com/JeffersonLab/grapes/blob/master/src/main/java/org/jlab/jnp/grapes/services/DVCSWagon.java <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/grapes/blob/master/src/main/java/org/jlab/jnp/grapes/services/DVCSWagon.java>.
But this event doesn’t exist in /volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus-1/pass1/v1.1/calib/train/DVCSWagon/DVCSWagon_005247.hipo.
Following is the REC::Particle and RUN::config of this event.

* NODE * group =    300, item =  31, type = 11, size =      258
           pid :         11      2212         0        22        22        22

For a better check, please run following in ifarm

git clone https://github.com/Sangbaek/skim16_troubleshooting
run-groovy run_printing.groovy /cache/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus-1/pass1/v0/dst/recon/005247/rec_clas_005247.evio.01185-01189.hipo /volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus-1/pass1/v1.1/calib/train/DVCSWagon/DVCSWagon_005247.hipo

I can’t find anything wrong with the grape script itself, so I assume something happened during executing process.

Best regards,
Sangbaek

The directories also contain README.json files, e.g. /volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus-1/pass1/v1.1/calib/train/README.json. Please let me know if you have any comments about any of the skims. We will be producing a follow up pass0 soon.
