Timothy,

I read README.json, can you or someone explain more skim5? Looking on the file size it is much smaller than eFTeta or ElecFTKaon, which by description should be subset of all FT triggered events, is not it? This type description does not help.

By the way, JPSI/TCS should be under Rafayel Paremuzyan.

Thanks, Stepan

Dear Stepan et al.,

I’ve attached a pdf with a rudimentary description of the skims. The directories also contain README.json files, e.g. /volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus-1/pass1/v1.1/calib/train/README.json. Please let me know if you have any comments about any of the skims. We will be producing a follow up pass0 soon.

Regards,
Timothy Hayward

Subject: [Clas12_first_exp] RGA - Skims

Dear all,

In the process of RGA skims, the group leaders of RGA reviewed and optimized their skims.
We have processed the updated skim schema. The files include one run from fall2018 inbending, fall2018 outbending and spring2019 inbending:

Fall2018 inbending:
run: 5247
dst: /mss/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus-1/pass1/v0/dst/recon/005247
skims: /volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus-1/pass1/v1.1/calib/train/

Fall2018 outbending:
run: 5456
dst: /mss/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus+1/pass1/v0/dst/recon/005466
skims: /volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/fall2018/torus+1/pass1/v2.5/

Spring2019:
run: 6683
dst: /mss/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/spring2019/torus-1/pass1/v0/dst/recon/006683/
skims: /volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/recon/spring2019/torus-1/pass1/v4.4/

As you can see, we’re moving away from the “numbered” skim names. If you have the opportunity, please run any rudimentary checks that you can on any of the skims relevant for your analyses and let us know if you see any issues. We plan to run these skims on RGA Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 and save them to tape early next week.

Best regards,

Latifa
