[Clas12_first_exp] CLAS12 First Experiment Update

Dear all,

There will be no CLAS12 First experiment meeting today, Here are the latest updates:


  *   Friday, December 16, we had Ready for Calibration for RGA-Fall 2018 data, it went very well and we are ready to start our pass0 and calibrations for this dataset.
  *   We have completed all the calibration for RGA-Spring 2029, signed off by system experts.
  *   With RG-B and the software group, we are finishing the validation of the CVT tracking by trying to refine the cuts on PT and Vz and to understand a loss observed in low momentum particles.
  *   The software group is finalizing the validation of the latest tracking improvement of the FD tracking.
  *   As soon as these validations are completed, we will produce the final timeline, reference physics validation results with a quantitative comparison with pass1/final pass2 release,  and be ready for the pass2 review for RGA-Spring2019.

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Happy Holidays to all.
