[Clas12_first_exp] No meeting this morning/Pass2 preparation update

Dear all,

There will be no meeting this morning.
below is where we are in pass2 preparations;

We have processed:


  *   30 runs with pass-2 software, new alignment, most subsystem calibrations and AI assisted forward tracking are officially complete and can be found at /volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/pass0/Spring19/sp19_dst_ai_v1_05/.

  *   One run with the latest improvement in CVT tracking.The full run for 6715 is here:/volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/pass0/Spring19/sp19_dst_ai_v1_06/dst/- and the plan is to process more statistics.


I would like that we complete quantitative comparison between the pass1 and pass2 data sets using these runs for:


·DVCS (Sangbaek) , exclusive pi0 when the proton is detected in the CD (Andrey)

·Mexon-X (Derek and collaborators)

·Inclusive (Ralf/Valery)

·SIDIS (Stefan)

·Impact on Momentum corrections (Volker and collaborators)


These studies are an important input to our final decision for pass2, that we should complete and document next week.


The current plan is to go for the pass2 review the second week of November. The pass0 with the latest software and calibrations including the DC has been launched – This should be the final pass0 on which we will base our pass2 preparations.
