[Clas12_first_exp] [EXTERNAL] Final check of RGA trains for pass-2

Dear RGA analyzers,

We plan to use the exact same physics trains as were used in pass-1 since the update in November 2021 (with the addition of a new jpsi skim requested by Stepan). If you have any issues or concerns about your trains please let us know as soon as possible.
