[Clas12_first_exp] RGA Updates

Dear all,

Please find below some Run Group updates:

The pass-2 review of RGA-Fall 2018 took place on Friday, September 22. The review committee completed their review and sent us a report on Monday morning, recommending CCC approval which we received today. I would like to thank Marco the review team and CCC for their prompt action. I would like also to thank Timothy, Nick, Calcom and the RGA team for a job well done. I will be working with Timothy and Nick to ensure that we start processing the data as soon as possible.

Please reserve Wednesday, October 18 for the RGA Retreat. The meeting will be in person at CNU with possible remote participation, but we'd like as many people as possible to attend. We'll send out the meeting agenda at the end of this week.

Several RGA members are at the spin conference, so tomorrow's general CLAS12 First Experiment meeting is cancelled. Instead, we'll have a meeting focused on data processing preparation.
