[Clas12_first_exp] No meeting today/RGA-Update/Happy Thanksgiving

Dear Colleagues,
Please find below a summary update on the RGA-Spring2018 data set:

  *
Calibration Status:
     *   Calibration is nominally complete for all subsystems.
     *   A final review of the upcoming timelines is pending but is expected to proceed without issues.
  *
AI Validation Runs:
     *   Due to the varying conditions of the RGA-Spring2018 data taking, several AI trainings were required.
     *   As of now, only a few AI validation runs have finished processing, and none currently have the complete datasets needed to begin validation.
     *   Completion of these runs is anticipated over the next few days.
     *   Timothy is focusing on this effort.
  *
Next Steps:
     *   Once the validation runs are confirmed, the networks will be integrated into a new release of coatjava.
     *   A full pass-0 will be conducted to validate the calibration steps.
  *
For Analyzers:
     *   Several runs will soon be processed and made available for analyzers to review as soon as the AI validation is confirmed.
     *   As we have always done, we encourage everyone to review the data for final physics checks and validation, including teams who do not plan to use these data in their final analyses.
     *   This collaborative effort will help establish a reliable baseline for the calibration results.
  *
Timeline:
     *   The plan is to have everything completed and ready for review before the end of the year.
