[Clas12_first_exp] QADB v3.1.0 Released: RG-A Pass 2 QADB Complete

Dear Run Group A,

In case you missed it in the Discourse Forum announcement, the latest QADB version, `v3.1.0`, is now available. All of RG-A Pass 2 data are included included in the QADB, among other additional new features listed in the release notes:

It's not yet the default on `ifarm`, so until then, you'll need to switch to it:

  module switch qadb/3.1.0
