[Clas12_first_exp] Completion of CLAS12 First Experiment RGA Processing (Spring 2018)

Dear All,
I am pleased to inform you that the processing of the CLAS12 first experiment RGA (Spring 2018) has been completed.
A big thank you to everyone involved: the Calcom group, the software group, our chef Nick, and analysis coordinator Timothy, who oversaw the process. Special thanks to the RGA team for their prompt feedback on data quality. Bhawani and Chris have been taking on the important task of QA for this dataset, making it available for cross-section measurements for many RGA experiments.
This dataset represents a large fraction of RGA data taking, and pursuing its calibration/processing  was clearly the right decision.
Your teamwork is greatly appreciated!
