[Clas12_high_luminosity] NO high luminosity upgrade meeting today

Dear all,

Sorry for the late email. We will not have a meeting today due to conflicts with other engagements, and some people are absent. To update those who have not been at yesterday’s Hall-B meeting, we met with the CERN MPGD group. They have a good idea of why the prototype has low efficiency and are very confident that they will be able to fix it together with the high leakage current on one side of the detector and the missing segments. We expect to have repaired detector back at JLAB within a month.
