[Clas12_high_luminosity] NO high luminosity upgrade meeting tomorrow

Dear all,

Due to conflicts with other meetings, the high luminosity upgrade meeting tomorrow is canceled.

Update on the prototype - CERN colleagues are preparing the detector to ship to JLAB by the end of the week.
