[Clas12_high_luminosity] CLAS12 high luminosity upgrade meeting for tomorrow is canceled

Dear all,

Many of us are either on vacation or just returned, and there is not much to discuss. So, tomorrow's CLAS12 high lumi meeting is canceled. We will reconvene in two weeks.
