[Clas12_high_luminosity] No CLAS12 high luminosity upgrade meeting tomorrow

Dear all,

Sorry for a late email. We will not have the CLAS12 high-lumi meeting tomorrow. JLAB PAC is ongoing.
We are still waiting for frames to come from Resmar. The arrangement is made to assemble them at UVA, and then we will send them to CERN for the detector assembly.
