[Clas12_photon] Hadron spectroscopy with CLAS12

Dear colleagues,

Sorry if you receive multiple copies of this message.
PAC-35 recommended to merge two LOI we have submitted and develop one
spectroscopy proposal.
I propose to have a short organizational meeting to discuss how we
proceed with it. Upcoming CLAS collaboration meeting is a good
opportunity for this. We can meet let's say Thursday evening (March 18)
after plenary session. Let's use clas12_photon mailing list for future
communication.
