Dear Colleagues,
according to the doodle, (http://www.doodle.com/f5ayrx3v84q5abr4) the 
best combination that maximizes the overlap is
Wednesday 9:30 (EST time). Even if some of you are not available at that 
time, you should be able to connect 30mn later or participate for the 
first half of the meeting.
We propose to keep this timetable for the FT weekly meeting starting 
from Wednesday the 8th. We'll send around the definitive confirmation 
of the new timetable, as well as the agenda for the next meeting, as 
soon as we'll get confirmation of the available room at JLab.
