[Clas12_photon] REMINDER: send me your contribution within Sunday

Dear colleagues,
this is a reminder about the draft scheduling we agreed upon the last 
meeting:
- send me your contributions within Sunday 31st night
- I will put all together harmonizing the draft
- a first version will be circulated among our working group within 
Tuesday the 2nd
- we have the chance to implement the klast changes during our weekly 
meeting on Wednesday the 3d.
- the draft will be submitted to Marco Ripani at the end of Wednesday 
or, at most, on Thursday morning.

The PAC deadline is December 1st therefore we will have an extra month 
to work, together with the review committee that will be appointed by 
the HSWP, to strength the proposal and complete the necessary work plan 
we discussed in our meetings.
The work just started ...
