[Clas12_photon] Draft of the PAC presentation and dry run date

Dear all,
we implemented (hopefully all) the suggestions from the discussion we 
had this morning in the new version of the presentation.

The next two FT meetings are canceled.

We will have *a dry run presented remotely on Wednesday December the 
5th* at 9:00AM (EST).
Please send us your comments/suggestions in order to be ready for that date.
