[Clas12_photon] PAC result

Dear Colleagues,
we are happy to inform you that the meson spectroscopy proposal 
presented at  JLab PAC has been approved, all days requested have been 
allocated (119) and  rated A-.
Thanks to everybody that made this possible. Now the real work is going 
to start!
