[Clas12_photon] FT - TDR: tasks assignement

Dear all,
as discussed yesterday at the meeting,
we posted on the wiki 
http://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Index_and_task_assignment
the TDR index highlighting the parts that need to be worked out by 
volunteers.
Provide us your writeup in latex to be inserted in the full document.
At this stage, it is a priority to have at least a skeleton of the 
FT-Hodo and FT-Trck parts.
We may discuss progresses at the next meeting.
