[Clas12_rgb] no RC meeting today

Hi Folks,

The accelerator continues to give us stable beam and there does not appear to be any groundswells of interest in a meeting today. If you have issues or items to present please let me know.

The run plan is summarized below and posted on the wiki.

1.  Continue production running.

2. Random trigger run likely tomorrow.

3. Empty target run later in the week.
