[Clas12_rgb] Run plan for the next week

Hi All,
Due to the latest accelerator schedule we will have uninterrupted beam up to Wednesday morning.
Accelerator folks will do so called Parity Quality Beam (PQB) tests on Monday and Tuesday in Hall-A.
They claim that these studies will not affect the beam quality in Hall-B. 

By this reason we decided to take production data and postpone the random run for bgrd study 
until Monday. We will take two runs @10 nA (2 hours) and 50nA (20 mins) with Faraday cup trigger only.
The beam stopper will be taken out to increase the trigger rate.

We will decide later on do we need to take in addition empty target run and Moller run.
