[Clas12_rgb] We DON'T have RC meeting today

Hi All,

We had a problem with SVT this morning. By some unknown for a moment reason the SVT chiller
was switched off by interlock. Yura is investigating the reason that triggered this event. It took 1.5 hour to
cool the detector and return back to the normal conditions.

We started to take random trigger run with 10 nA beam current @10:15 using Faraday cup as a trigger.
The beam blocker was removed from the beam line to increase the Faraday cup trigger rate at low current.
The trigger rate is 8 kHz. We will stay with this current 2 hours. Then we will take short 20 minutes run with 50 nA.

We discussed the detailed run plan (see rg-b wiki) yesterday during RC meeting.
By this reason the RC meeting is cancelled today.

After special runs we will return back to the production run with 50 nA beam current until Wednesday morning.
After one shift RF recovery and laser beam spot move we will take Moller run and continue production data taking after that.
