[Clas12_rgb] rgb dst and train test

run 6164 v22.2 was decoded and cooked with coatjava6c.5.4 on 2020/04/17
Its dst and train output are at
/volatile/clas12/rg-b/production/recon/pass0/v22.2/dst

The train was produced according to
https://github.com/zhaozhiwen/clas12_cooking_rgb/blob/master/train_dst.yaml

Please take a look and let Aram and I know your comments

To prepare for pass1 review, your feedback would be important to fix any 
problem before we try to do a final test with a new coatjava in a week 
or so.
