[Clas12_rgb] accelerator status update

Dear all,

The accelerator is ongoing restoration. Physics beam for Hall-B is not expected before Tuesday, therefore Monday's shifts are cancelled until 8am on Tuesday the 7th. Tuesday day shift should be ready to start at 8am. We'll send updates as soon as we have them.
