[Clas12_rgb] [EXTERNAL] RC meeting today at 2:30 pm

Hi Folks,

I would like to call an RC meeting this afternoon, but at a later time (2:30 pm) to avoid conflict with the 1:30 Accelerator meeting. There are some questions/updates related to the recorded beam energy, harp scans, random trigger run. Let me know what you think.
