[Clas12_rgb] [EXTERNAL] no RC meeting today

Hi Folks,

We had a useful discussion of the status of the run this morning during the RGB weekly meeting. I think the 2 pm RC meeting would be redundant and so we will not hold it today. If anyone things otherwise please let me know.

In other news, I will be unavailable from noon - 4 pm. Florian Hauenstein will have the RC phone and I will be checking emails.
