[Clas12_rgb] [EXTERNAL] RC meeting today

I don't know the detailed schedule of the neutron test run nor with the
installation plans of Bonus. I brought up the issue just to discuss it
within the RGB group and have more information from you JLab people.
I cannot be realistic until I know what the reality is :-)
BTW, we are approved with 90 PAC days, and got in total 86 CALENDAR days
(in 3 parts, with 3 different beam energies), while BONUS has 42 approved
PAC days and it is scheduled for 84 calendar days.
We will have to go through jeopardy in order to have our "second shot"...
I just wanted to understand the schedule a bit.
