[Clas12_rgb] [EXTERNAL] RC meeting today

Eugene, I included those 3 days in the numbers of my previous email. 

And I don’t think there is anything bad in me enquiring about the upcoming plans. Our experiment had not much luck until now, I think we can agree on this.
