Dear Silvia,
at the last RGB meeting you questioned the need of the low
beam current runs for SIDIS. In general our concern is about
the various different running conditions we conducted that
might prevent a reliable evaluation of the systematics, in
particular related to the tracking efficiency.

For SIDIS, the solution we identified is to collect a not
negligible statistics at ~10 nA, to be used as a benchmark
of the systematics. This should be done for each data
taking period, as the experiment conditions may change.

To our knowledge, there was an agreement on the low lumi
runs and they were accounted for in the short term schedule.
At this stage, it would be difficult to get the initially
foreseen additional 70 M triggers. However, we consider
important to have at least another 10 nA run with 30 M
triggers, i.e. about 6 hours that can be scheduled at the
end of this RGB period.

Best regards, Marco, Aram and Marco.
