[Clas12_rgb] rgb spring2019 pass1 cooking status

Dear All

~60% is cooked
~55% is done with skims

run 6467 skim was finished a while ago and run 6313 was done in last a 
couple days.
So DNP runs are completed.

In the next phase, rgb will share cooking time with rgk. So it would be 
slower.
