[Clas12_rgb] rgb spring2019 pass1 cooking status

Dear All

The cooking has been going well since last Friday.
I hope the 1st batch 25% of data (DNP runs,low lumi and empty target 
runs) can finish by mid or late next week
There are skim files of 35 runs on disk now
