[Clas12_rgb] new draft of replies to pass2 review

A few comments on the latest reply document:

pp. 1 - Typo on “… in the end it was established …”

pp. 3 - The google doc link does not work for me. (Sorry, unable to open the file at this time.)
Note: Not only have the hardware status tables been created, but as part of the exercise last week, we
verified that the software works for nearly all subsystems in a validation exercise using the latest
pass-0 cooking. Note that not all subsystems had finished their work. Some had planned to finish
early this week. (Check with Florian for details.)

pp. 4 - Validation studies are still ongoing for RG-A and RG-K. One last issue is that there seems to
be a significant loss compared to pass-1 for low momentum CD pions (p<0.5-0.6 GeV), at least for events
with a detached vertex. I am looking into this with Raffaella using Monte Carlo to better understand
why. Also note that even if the CD radius and vz cuts are set, there will be another tag after 8c.4.0
with some other updates/bug fixes that the software folks are working on.

Other than these comments, the reply document seems to be in quite good shape.
