Dear all,
this Friday we'll have our weekly RGB meeting, at 8:30AM JLab time, zoom:
https://ijclab.zoom.us/j/93252420326 . The meeting will be focused on the
preparation for the pass-2 review, which will take place on October 28.
The charge has not been shared yet by the review committee, but should
arrive by tomorrow.
As you saw in an email sent by Zhiwen a couple of days ago, we already
have the spring19 15 runs cooked with the pass2 coatjava version including
the NEW CVT tracking. The cooking with the pass2 coatjava but with OLD CVT
tracking is ongoing.
For this Friday, I'd like to see a comparison of analyses done with the
PASS1 data, and the NEW CVT PASS2 data for the 15 runs that Zhiwen cooked
(6449, 6450, 6451, 6452, 6453, 6455, 6456, 6546, 6547, 6549, 6550, 6559,
6565, 6566, 6567). The data location is:
/volatile/clas12/rg-b/production/recon/pass0/v28.22_8c.3.2/dst/train/
I'd like to see these comparisons for all the "active" analyses of the RG,
namely:
- pDVCS/nDVCS (probably 15 runs will only allow the former)
- BAND
- Gmn
- SIDIS (Chris?)
- any other analysis which can get meaningful statistics would be very
welcome.
As I said in my email of the other day, we are interested in comparisons
of yields (we expect improvements in both forward and central tracking
efficiency) and resolutions on missing masses and the like.
Given the short time between now and the review, I really count on the
timely and active participation of all of you!
Please get in touch with me if you need further infos.
Thank you very much and best regards,
Silvia
