[Clas12_rgb] RG-B cooked runs after FTOF and RF calibration available for other subsystems

Dear detector contacts,
we have a set of newly cooked runs that were selected by Daniel for CTOF
and refinements of FTOF calibrations. They contain FTOF and RF
calibrations. They can be found at the link:
/volatile/clas12/rg-b/production/recon/pass0/v28.10/calib/train/
Feel free to use them to calibrate your subsystem, or let us know (me and
Zhiwen) if you need any other runs. You can check the most recent
